Laser surgery dramatically reduces the likelihood of spreading cancer when compared to traditional scalpel surgery. Some of the most common procedures that we use the laser for include:
- Skin Tumor Removal

- Neuter
- Eyelid Surgery
- Entropion/Ectropion Correction
- Mouth Surgery
- Throat Surgery
- Cancerous Tumor Removal & Resection

Exceptional Surgical Precision, Effectiveness & Fast Healing
Lasers can be used for any surgical procedure that is performed on the skin or soft tissues of the body. The precision of laser surgery enables the surgeon to achieve an exceptional degree of surgical accuracy and effectiveness. As the laser moves across the area, the nerve endings, lymphatics, and blood vessels are sealed. Due to the high heat involved, any pathogens in the area are destroyed, which dramatically eliminates the probability of infection. Compared to traditional surgery, recovery time and collateral damage to surrounding areas is greatly reduced following laser surgery.
Animal Hospital and Ambulatory Care
Since opening, the practice has offered advanced diagnostics and services that were previously unavailable in the area. In recent years, it became apparent that an expanded facility was required to provide additional availability of small animal veterinary care. In May 2015, we opened our 5,000 square foot hospital in Elkins, West Virginia. The practice continues to offer ambulatory care for large animals, along with enhanced care in a hospital setting.
